The Weekly Walk: The Strongest Bonds

The Weekly WalkArticle of the Week: A Boy and a Dog

USA Today posted an article about a boy and a dog, Creed and Casper. Creed was born with debilitating illnesses that kept him hospitalized for most of his life. Even though many people dislike staying in a hospital overnight, Creed had little choice as to where he would spend the majority of his time, so he made the best of it, a task that became easier once Casper was introduced to the hospital as a therapy dog, and the pair began a loving friendship.

We do not want to give away too much information here. You should watch the video that accompanies the USA Today article. It tells Creed and Casper’s sad but ultimately inspirational story about discovering bonds with other living beings worth fighting for in your life. Click here to watch the video and read the article. Woof, Creed and Casper.
