Article of the Week: Pet Weddings?
This April Fool’s joke took a lot of people by surprise; they thought it was legitimate. WeddingWire dedicated a page, titled WaggingWire, to helping pet owners plan a wedding for their furry friends. The website is thorough, offering everything from wedding dress options to songs for the reception. The ruse gives itself away with the venue locator search however, where they list places such as Yellowstone Park and Old MacDonald’s farm. Click here to enjoy this well-developed joke.

Friday Fun: Nom Noms Delivery
Four days after April first, we are still seeing April Fool’s Day pranks. One of our favorites goes to GrubHub for their pseudo service, KibbleHub. KibbleHub gives dogs and cats the power to take meal planning into their paws. You only need a tablet computer and the app, and your pet can order delivery, allowing you to relax when you realize you forgot to feed Fido and Ms. Purrsalot before going to work.
Thank you for taking the Weekly Walk with us. If you saw pet-related April Fool’s jokes that we missed, feel free to share the foolishness in the comments below, on Twitter, or Facebook. Woof!
